6. Platform participation

Marketplace terms — fees, rebates, reporting obligations and enforcement — are separate from these website terms and are provided at onboarding.

7. The Feed

Posts are made by a named person on behalf of a member company, and are visible to other member companies. Post about your own work: do not post recruitment advertising, third-party advertising, or another firm’s confidential information. A win may only be posted once the buyer has confirmed the award on WorkBank, and a joint win names the other firm only once that firm has confirmed it.

WorkBank may draft a post for you from something recorded on the platform — an award, a project write-up, capacity, a credential. Nothing drafted this way is published until someone at your company chooses to publish it. WorkBank does not post on your behalf.

Reading a post is visible to the company that wrote it, at organisation level. See the Privacy Notice for what is recorded and what the poster can see. We may remove a post that breaches these terms.
