Founding cohort open · 18 firms · 12 packages live

Five things have to happen for a firm to grow: find the work before it goes to tender, be found by the buyers already looking, get a bid out in time, bank the win on your own record, and grow the clients who come back. WorkBank does all five — and Walt does the bid.

Free to create a profile and be found by buyers. Finding work, bidding and the Walt toolkit are on Solo; buyers subscribe. Full tariff below.
The five acts

The whole growth loop for a supplier, in five moves. Click any act — or watch it walk itself.

Always true
Walt drafts. You approve. Nothing sends without you.
Grounded in your real documents — gaps flagged, never invented.
Free to create a profile and be found by buyers — forever.
Act 1Opportunity Radar & prospect engine

Go and get it — before it goes to tender.

Every portal alert forwarded to one WorkBank address: ProContract, Delta, In-Tend, Bravo, Contracts Finder, Find a Tender. Walt scores each 0–100 against your disciplines, credentials, and regions. Networking events and private pipeline notices flagged before they’re public. An automated prospect and client management system tracks every relationship. LinkedIn broadcasting keeps the firm visible between bids.

£700bn committed.
Fewer firms invited.

Direct SME spend fell 11% in CP7 year one. Work is concentrating in fewer, larger hands while capability leaves the industry and comes back more expensive. The firm best placed to do the job often never hears it exists.

Pricing

A published tariff, everywhere

Every fee, rebate and split is published from day one — including the prices founding members will transition to. Nothing is concealed, and nothing changes by announcement.

List price

List price refers to the standard subscription shown in the pricing table below — Assurance £500/mo, Enterprise ~£1,250/mo. Year 2 rate is 50% of whichever tier you're on.

The transition to list price is published and contractually pre-agreed at signup — never an announcement. Founding members keep permanent benefits: founding badge, advisory board seat, first access to new modules, priority input into the roadmap. In return, founders commit to what actually matters at launch: a minimum of three genuine opportunities posted within six months, with outcomes recorded for every package.

Seats & credits arrive at general availability. The founding cohort runs on founding terms throughout — the seats-and-credits layer is an evolution shipped with new capability, not a change to existing commitments. Active-user billing means your whole team can onboard at no risk: you only pay for users who meaningfully use the platform each month.
Walt usage credits. Every Walt action — reading an ITT, drafting a programme, levelling returns — costs 15 credits, published per action inside the product before you run it. Every company starts with 25 free credits; top-ups from £25 for 25 · £80 for 100 · £200 for 300. Each subscription tier includes a monthly allowance (250 on Solo, 500 on Assurance, 2,000 on Enterprise); top-ups apply above that. Credit pricing is indicative and not billed during the founding period.
Prices rise with modules, not promises. Subscription price rises attach to newly shipped capability, never to the same product. List prices are published from day one so every future transition is pre-agreed.

— WorkBank keeps the remainder01%
The supplier always pays 3%. How much the buyer gets back rises with their tier — 2% on Assurance up to the full 3% on Enterprise. Rebates accrue per buyer–supplier pair and settle quarterly, with itemised, auditable statements.
A known cost, disclosed upfront. Business development in this sector typically costs 5–15% of revenue per win. A published, one-off fee that opens a permanent client relationship undercuts every alternative route to the same outcome — and you price it in with full advance knowledge.
